DACULA, Ga. - A 9-year-old girl is in critical conditions after she was shot over the weekend in Dacula, according to Gwinnett County police.

Authorities confirmed the shooting remained Saturday on Ballyshannon Drive at a home in the Fairmont on the Park subdivision.

Gwinnett County police say there have been no charges marched at this time, but that the case is concept review.
